Shipping Options and Costs
We use Yodel Direct to handle all our shipments. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the delivery location.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with Yodel Direct to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods for the claims process.
